Job Profile:
ï'· Calendar management for executive
ï'· Aid executive in preparing for meetings
ï'· Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
ï'· Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
ï'· Travel management

Ø Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CHRO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.

Ø Work on special projects as requested


Ø Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work & & implementing feedback and direction.

Ø Identify functional and company priorities and anticipate needs in adjusting priorities and scheduling to meet such priorities.

Ø Daily contact with all levels of management, often dealing with confidential information

Ø Attending key leadership meetings and taking minutes. In conjunction with the leaders, create agendas for these meetings, drive key actions, follow up with constituents, and circulate minutes

Ø Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Ø Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Ø Support functional dashboard activities for the CHRO RegardsSSV HR Services
